Design Architect

About the role

MANAR ARCHITECTS is seeking a full‑time Design Architect to join its Amman studio. The role involves leading concept development through detailed design for residential and commercial projects, ensuring solutions meet client expectations and project constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts, schematic and detailed designs for residential and commercial assignments.
• Prepare design presentations, 2D drawings and 3D models.
• Coordinate with internal architecture, landscape and interior teams to refine solutions.
• Produce clear construction drawings and technical documentation in line with local standards.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, consultants and contractors throughout project phases.
• Support design management, attend client and coordination meetings, and contribute to design reviews.
• Maintain design quality and consistency across all projects.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in architecture and architectural design.
• Experience in design management and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Proficiency in preparing construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
• Knowledge of Jordanian building regulations and construction practices is an advantage.
• Experience in interior design is a plus.
