Design Manager

About the role

The Design Manager will lead the end‑to‑end design process for both digital and print assets, ensuring brand consistency and high‑quality visual output. Based on‑site in Amman, the role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and team mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts, layouts and visual solutions for marketing, communications and employer‑branding initiatives.
• Oversee the full design lifecycle from brief to final delivery across digital and print channels.
• Maintain and evolve design guidelines, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Allocate workload, review deliverables and provide constructive feedback to a team of designers.
• Implement efficient workflows to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Stay current with design trends, tools and best practices, and introduce improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic and visual design, preferably within the UAE market.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor design teams, including project planning and performance feedback.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills to translate business requirements into clear design concepts.
• Solid understanding of user‑centered design principles and basic UX/UI practices.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities to meet tight deadlines.
