Digital Account Manager – Arabic (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Account Manager who blends strong client‑facing abilities with deep knowledge of direct‑response marketing. You will act as the primary strategic partner for high‑ticket clients, leading weekly strategy reviews, analysing performance funnels, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaign success.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the growth advisor for key accounts, hosting strategy calls and reviewing KPIs.
• Audit conversion bottlenecks across the user journey, from ad CTRs to landing‑page and messaging performance.
• Translate client goals into actionable briefs for copy, design, media buying and development teams.
• Partner with internal leads and AI workflow tools to generate new ad angles, copy frameworks and retargeting logic.

Required profile

• 3+ years in performance agencies, DTC e‑commerce or direct‑response marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose metric drops and propose solutions.
• Fluent in idiomatic Arabic and professional English, comfortable leading strategy calls with founders and business leaders.
• Comfortable using modern marketing platforms and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.

Required skills

• Performance‑marketing fundamentals (CAC, ROAS, CVR, CPL).
• Proficiency with AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude) for research and strategy.
