Digital, Analytics & AI Enablement Lead

About the role

The Digital, Analytics & AI Enablement Lead will shape and execute PwC Middle East’s digital strategy across paid media, CRM, website and analytics. This role ensures digital is engaged early in campaign planning, drives AI‑enabled workflows and transforms the website into a growth engine.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end digital operating model for paid media, CRM, website and analytics.
• Establish clear digital governance, role boundaries and decision rights to reduce duplication.
• Ensure digital involvement early in campaign planning with defined timelines and content freeze points.
• Lead digital activation across paid media, CRM journeys, website publishing and campaign platforms.
• Scale demand generation through paid media, account‑based marketing and leadership visibility campaigns.
• Transform the website into a strategic growth engine with personalization and measurable conversion signals.
• Oversee Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation, journey development and targeting improvements.
• Align digital execution with priority campaigns and narratives.
• Lead AI enablement across campaigns, digital and sales enablement, identifying practical AI use cases.
• Govern marketing platforms including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and website CMS.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading digital strategy and marketing activation in a large professional services or consulting environment.
• Ability to define and enforce governance structures and work cross‑functionally with campaign, sales and technology teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience implementing AI use cases to improve planning, targeting and workflow automation.
