Digital Content Creator

About the role

Zita Marketing is seeking a creative and energetic Digital Content Creator to join its fast‑growing team in Amman. You will produce short‑form video and written content for a variety of brands, helping them engage audiences across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original content ideas and concepts for multiple client campaigns.
• Shoot, edit and publish short‑form videos such as Reels, TikToks and Shorts.
• Appear on‑camera when required and deliver confident presentations.
• Write engaging captions, scripts and copy in both Arabic and English.
• Manage and grow client social‑media accounts, creating calendars and schedules.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers and account managers to execute campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics and suggest data‑driven improvements.
• Attend client locations, events and shoots as needed.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate to 3 years of experience in content creation, social media, marketing or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and presenting content.
• Excellent written Arabic and English skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique ideas.
• Professional attitude, strong communication and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Video shooting using mobile devices or professional equipment.
• Video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or similar).
• Social‑media content creation for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Photography and basic graphic‑design abilities.
