About the role

INNOVERTEX is looking for a Digital Growth Marketing Specialist to join its senior execution team in Amman. This onsite position blends strategic growth marketing with hands‑on technical work, focusing on AI‑driven tactics, performance data, and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise growth marketing strategies that combine real‑time performance metrics with AI‑powered techniques.
• Integrate AI tools directly into live campaigns to enhance targeting, creative optimisation and budget allocation.
• Build, maintain and refine marketing automations that deliver measurable performance improvements.
• Collaborate closely with a small, senior team to execute initiatives and iterate quickly based on data insights.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven marketing tools and the ability to translate AI insights into actionable campaign elements.
• Strong analytical instincts; comfortable interpreting performance data and making data‑backed decisions.
• Proven experience building or managing marketing automation workflows.
• Based in Amman and able to work onsite.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑enabled marketing platforms (e.g., predictive analytics, automated bidding, AI content generation).
• Proficiency in setting up and managing marketing automation tools.
• Ability to analyse performance dashboards and adjust tactics accordingly.
