Digital Marketing Account Manager

About the role

FIBO is seeking a Digital Marketing Account Manager to own client relationships, drive project execution, and ensure every deliverable meets the company’s high standards. This role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution across multiple digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage client accounts with professionalism and confidence.
• Translate business objectives into clear plans, priorities, and actionable deliverables.
• Oversee the execution of digital marketing initiatives and advertising campaigns across various platforms.
• Review and approve creative, content, and campaign deliverables before client submission.
• Maintain visibility across timelines, priorities, and project performance.
• Coordinate creative, content, production, and performance‑marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Deliver projects on time, on brief, and to the highest quality standards.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, strengthen processes, and elevate work quality across accounts.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a marketing, advertising, creative, or digital agency environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and paid‑media fundamentals.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

What we offer

• Compensation ranging from $600 to $700 USD per month, based on experience and proven agency expertise.
• Fully remote work arrangement (Jordan).
