About the role

Jo Academy is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of its digital marketing strategy across all channels. The role will drive brand visibility, lead generation and support the company’s growth in the EdTech market. You will manage a team of specialists and collaborate with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Lead, manage and mentor a multidisciplinary digital marketing team.
  • Oversee execution of social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing and paid media campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance using KPIs, and apply optimisations.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets to maximise ROI.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools and technologies.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors and partners for campaign execution.
