Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute performance‑driven campaigns across Meta, Google and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with creativity, analytics and lead‑generation expertise to drive measurable results for our real‑estate business.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant digital channels.
• Manage lead generation, targeting, retargeting, funnels, and conversion optimization.
• Monitor and analyze CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS and overall campaign performance.
• Develop creative campaign concepts, content directions and digital communication aligned with the brand.
• Conduct market, competitor, audience and customer data analysis to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Support website, SEO, landing pages, social media, CRM integration and digital customer journeys.
• Prepare clear performance reports, insights and actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate effectively with Marketing, Sales, CRM, agencies and creative teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a closely related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Previous real‑estate marketing experience is required.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, commercially minded and highly detail‑oriented.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
