About the role

The Digital Sales Representative is an inside‑sales professional focused on managing high‑volume renewal cycles for SaaS customers. Working primarily from the office three days a week, you will use CRM tools to automate processes, analyze churn risk, and drive customer retention and expansion.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute end‑to‑end renewal motions independently, streamlining workflows and reducing manual effort.
  • Provide renewal coverage across a broad range of segmented accounts, prioritising by spend, complexity and growth potential.
  • Defend the existing customer base by accurately closing renewals.
  • Drive and close seat expansions at renewal using standard playbooks.
  • Monitor auto‑renewal statuses and intervene to prevent churn when auto‑renewals are disabled.
  • Maintain pipeline visibility, forecasts and CRM discipline across all territory accounts.

Required profile

  • 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, renewals, account management or customer success, preferably in a software/SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to independently execute high‑volume renewals with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage renewal workflows and automate processes.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously with minimal guidance.
