Digital Skills Master Trainer

About the role

The Sustainable Research and Development Center is looking for a Digital Skills Master Trainer to design and deliver a practical, inclusive digital‑skills programme for women activists in Jordan. The role supports a broader initiative aimed at increasing women’s political participation and empowerment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a modular, Arabic‑language curriculum covering safe, ethical, and effective use of digital tools for advocacy, networking, and civic engagement.
• Create facilitator guides, presentation decks, practical exercises, case studies, templates, and handouts that are gender‑responsive and rights‑based.
• Deliver nine participatory workshops using adult‑learning methods such as demonstrations, guided practice, peer exchange, simulations, and real‑world assignments.
• Provide differentiated support for participants with varying digital literacy, connectivity, and accessibility needs.
• Administer pre‑ and post‑training digital competency assessments and participant satisfaction tools.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative results, produce disaggregated findings, and compile a detailed report for each workshop.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering digital‑skills training for adult learners, preferably in a gender‑focused or activist context.
• Strong understanding of digital‑facilitated gender‑based violence, online harassment, misinformation, privacy risks, and safe social‑media practices.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with the ability to adapt content to diverse literacy and accessibility levels.
