About the role

Capital Bank is seeking a proactive Direct Sales Officer to promote its banking products and services in Aqaba. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, drive sales targets and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute direct sales strategies and achieve monthly and quarterly targets for various banking products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to adapt sales approaches.
• Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and internal policy requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Up to 5 years of experience in direct sales, preferably within the financial sector.
