About the role
The Direct Sales Representative (Outdoor) will execute the department’s sales plan, promote the bank’s products and services, and build lasting customer relationships to meet set targets.
Key responsibilities
- Implement sales plans and direct‑sales initiatives to achieve departmental goals.
- Conduct daily calls and visits, probing customer needs to maximize product sales.
- Promote cross‑selling of the bank’s services to increase market share.
- Maintain and improve customer relationships, ensuring service quality exceeds expectations.
- Represent the bank at exhibitions and campaigns, projecting a positive image.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or financial sciences.
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail banking and sales.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of bank products and services, marketing and selling abilities.
