Director of Operations

About the role

Al-Asayel Company, a growing cosmetics brand focused on quality beauty products, innovation in formulas and product safety, and contemporary design, is hiring a Director of Operations. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Amman, overseeing daily operations across production, supply chain and distribution to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness and consistent product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop cross-functional teams and implement operational policies.
• Manage end-to-end processes in production, supply chain and distribution.
• Monitor performance metrics and coordinate with other departments to support strategic goals.
• Oversee budgets and optimize resource allocation.
• Enhance customer service operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the brand's growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations leadership, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG or related industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work on-site in Amman while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
