Distribution Driver – Customer Service & Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Distribution Driver to provide courteous, on‑time deliveries to our customers across Amman. You will handle both deliveries and pick‑ups, support warehouse activities, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of products to customer addresses, meeting delivery schedules.
• Load, unload, inspect, and operate a 5‑ton commercial cargo van safely.
• Collect cash payments, obtain signatures, and verify customer IDs for credit‑card transactions.
• Inform customers about new products and services, and gather feedback.
• Document mileage, fuel costs, and any delivery issues for management reporting.
• Assist with year‑end physical inventory counts in the warehouse.

Required profile

• Valid driving licence with an excellent driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• 3‑5 years of experience as a distributor driver in the Amman area.
• Familiarity with the target delivery zones.

Required skills

• Experience driving a small commercial cargo van (up to 5 tons).
