Ecommerce Manager

About the role

The Ecommerce Manager will lead daily operations of the online store in Amman, Jordan. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures product listings, pricing, promotions and inventory are accurate while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product catalog, pricing, promotions and inventory accuracy.
• Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to optimize conversion funnels.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales and operations teams to support campaigns and maintain a consistent customer experience.
• Monitor platform performance, resolve issues quickly and manage vendor or marketplace relationships.
• Report on key metrics, test new initiatives and recommend improvements to user experience and online merchandising.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and track KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Proven sales experience focused on ecommerce growth, upselling and cross‑selling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑commerce or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce platforms and operations.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and other ecommerce analytics tools.
• Catalog management and order workflow expertise.
