Educational Consultant – Digital Learning, ICT, Computing, AI & STEM

About the role

BookSource is expanding its Digital Learning and Education Technology division across Jordan and the wider MENA region. We are seeking an Educational Consultant who will combine consultancy, solution selling and business development to guide schools and universities through their digital transformation journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Promote BookSource’s portfolio of EdTech, AI, ICT and STEM solutions to schools, universities and other educational institutions.
• Conduct on‑site visits, presentations, demonstrations and workshops for school leaders and teachers.
• Provide strategic consultancy, recommend tailored digital learning platforms and support implementation.
• Deliver professional development and training sessions for educators and administrators.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and solution‑based presentations to meet sales targets.
• Identify new market opportunities, build long‑term partnerships and represent BookSource at conferences and exhibitions.
• Monitor emerging trends in AI, EdTech, Computing and STEM education.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reports.

Required profile

• Passionate about educational technology and digital transformation.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with school stakeholders.
• Experience in consultancy or solution selling within the education sector.
• Ability to travel across Jordan and the broader MENA region for school visits.

Required skills

• Knowledge of AI applications in education, ICT, computing and programming concepts.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, digital libraries, e‑assessment platforms and interactive classroom technologies.
• Understanding of STEM/STEAM curricula, robotics, maker spaces and learning analytics.
