Electrical Site Engineer

About the role

ASALI Engineering Consulting & Project Management is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Engineer to supervise electrical works across multiple project locations in Jordan. The role involves coordinating with contractors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure installations meet approved drawings, specifications, codes, and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all electrical installations on site, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, standards, and codes.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, technical submissions, and RFIs.
• Conduct site inspections, verify quality and progress, and coordinate electrical works with architectural, structural, and mechanical disciplines.
• Monitor testing, commissioning, handover, and preparation of as‑built drawings and documentation.
• Identify non‑conformities, follow up corrective actions, and support the Project Manager in resolving coordination issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 + years of professional experience in site supervision and construction projects.
• Strong practical experience with power distribution, lighting, low‑current, ELV, and fire‑alarm systems.
• Good knowledge of applicable electrical codes, standards, and construction documentation.
• Excellent multidisciplinary coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
