About the role

HR Solution Academy is seeking a full‑time remote English Teacher to join its practical learning platform. You will design and deliver engaging lessons that help students improve their language proficiency while supporting the academy’s mission to prepare HR professionals for real‑world challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, adapt, and execute lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals.
• Deliver live and asynchronous instruction to diverse learners.
• Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and feedback.
• Provide individualized support to address varying proficiency levels.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to enhance content and teaching methods.

Required profile

• Proven experience teaching English, preferably in an online environment.
• Strong background in education or a related field; teaching certification or degree is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage learners remotely.
