Enterprise Digital Transformation Specialist

About the role

DCP is seeking an Enterprise Digital Transformation Specialist to manage and support core enterprise systems across the group. The role focuses on SAP Business One, Power BI reporting, and system‑driven process improvement while collaborating with Finance, HR, IT, and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support SAP Business One, including user setup, roles, authorizations, and segregation of duties.
• Serve as the primary contact for SAP Business One issues, enhancements, and change requests.
• Coordinate fixes, enhancements, and integrations with internal IT teams and external vendors.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
• Gather reporting requirements, define data models, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Translate business needs into system enhancements, reports, dashboards, and process improvements.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, including process optimization and automation.
• Prepare and maintain system and project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, solution designs, and change logs.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), create test scripts, and obtain sign‑offs.
• Assist with SAP SuccessFactors implementation, documentation, data validation, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Ensure system governance, data integrity, and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, business information technology, computer science or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience working with ERP systems and BI tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
