Enterprise Recruitment Representative

About the role

ApplyBoard is looking for an Enterprise Recruitment Representative to support our institution partners, drive enrollment growth and boost partner satisfaction. You will act as the main liaison between partner schools and our internal teams, executing recruitment strategies and promoting our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing recruitment strategies to help partners meet enrollment targets.
• Promote ApplyBoard’s brand and services to potential recruitment partners through calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and education fairs.
• Identify new business opportunities and increase partner sign‑ups.
• Conduct high‑volume partner engagements, including 5–8 visits daily, and train partners on processes, top programs and admission requirements.
• Encourage adoption of premium services and tools.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular performance updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and support partner needs.
• Plan and deliver regional webinars, workshops and training sessions.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or recruitment, preferably in the education sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education or a related field is preferred.
