Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)

About the role

Base360.ai is looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to create and launch a new product or business vertical within its AI operating system platform for B2C brands. You will act as a founder, leveraging the company’s funding, engineering, design, AI infrastructure, and customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑potential market opportunities and define a new product or vertical.
• Validate customer problems through research and direct conversations.
• Set product vision, strategy, and go‑to‑market plan.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and AI teams to build and launch quickly.
• Recruit, lead, and grow a multidisciplinary team.
• Own growth, adoption, customer success, and financial performance.
• Make data‑driven decisions and iterate based on feedback.
• Present progress to founders and executive leadership.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action.
• Strong problem‑solving and commercial intuition.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and creating structure.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to recruit, inspire, and lead high‑performing teams.
• Highly analytical with a focus on execution.
• Customer‑obsessed and capable of wearing multiple hats across product, sales, marketing, and operations.
• AI‑native and enthusiastic about building with the latest AI technologies.
• Previous startup experience is a plus but not required.
