ERP Application Specialist

About the role

The ERP Application Specialist will support the end‑to‑end implementation and ongoing operation of the ERP system across Human Capital Management, Supply Chain Management, and Finance modules. Acting as the primary liaison between the vendor and business stakeholders, you will ensure smooth post‑go‑live performance and continuous system optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the ERP deployment during the pre‑operational phase (2026‑2027) and coordinate with cross‑functional teams and vendors.
• Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and understand vendor‑configured modules (Finance, HR, Supply Chain).
• Provide second‑line support, troubleshoot technical and functional issues, and maintain data integrity.
• Monitor system performance, manage change requests, and lead upgrades, patches, and testing.
• Document support processes, create knowledge‑base articles, and conduct user training sessions and workshops.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Previous ERP implementation experience is preferred.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of data migration, system integration, and SQL/database management is a plus.
