ERP & HR Systems Analyst

About the role

DCP is looking for an ERP & HR Systems Analyst to manage and support core enterprise systems, primarily SAP Business One, Power BI, and SAP SuccessFactors. The role will collaborate closely with Finance, HR, IT and business stakeholders to ensure smooth system administration, reliable reporting, and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Administer SAP Business One – user setup, roles, authorizations, segregation of duties, and act as the primary contact for system issues and enhancements.
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Engage with Finance, HR and other business teams to understand workflows, translate requirements into system enhancements, and support digital transformation initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation, coordinate UAT, and manage change logs.
• Support SAP SuccessFactors implementation, participate in documentation, data validation, post‑go‑live stabilization and eventual technical administration.
• Ensure governance, data integrity and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business Information Technology, Finance or Accounting.
• 3‑5 years of experience in ERP administration, business intelligence reporting and HR system support.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and drive process improvements.
