ESG Reporting Manager

About the role

The ESG Reporting Manager will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the bank’s internal ESG strategy. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will drive sustainability initiatives, monitor performance, and ensure accurate ESG data collection and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout and enhancement of ESG goals across the bank.
• Identify and launch new environmental and social responsibility programs.
• Monitor, assess, and report on ESG initiative performance, collaborating with ESG Champions.
• Promote a sustainability culture through employee engagement and internal campaigns.
• Coordinate ESG‑related training with TL&D and deliver learning programs.
• Compile, analyse, and report ESG data in line with frameworks such as GRI.
• Prepare regular ESG performance reports for internal and external audiences, including the annual ESG and Sustainable Finance reports.
• Work with Corporate Communications to ensure consistent ESG messaging across all channels.
• Serve as a point of contact for ESG Champions and liaise with external auditors and consultants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sustainability, Environment studies or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in sustainability, ESG reporting or related roles.
• Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and reporting standards.
• Proven ability to manage sustainability projects and drive internal engagement.
• Excellent organisational and multi‑project management skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with GRI reporting standards.
• Knowledge of SASB standards.
• Data analysis for ESG metrics.
• Report preparation and presentation.
