Event Designer (Design & Printing Focus)

About the role

We are seeking a creative and organized Event Designer who will blend event planning expertise with graphic design and printing knowledge. You will be responsible for turning event concepts into tangible visual assets while ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute events from concept through completion, managing timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to secure services and materials.
• Design event collateral such as invitations, banners, signage, menus, and other printed items.
• Oversee printing production, ensuring high‑quality output and timely delivery.
• Manage on‑site event setup and supervise execution on the day of the event.
• Maintain detailed documentation of event logistics and design assets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative, detail‑oriented mindset with a passion for design.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop (or similar graphic‑design tools).
• Knowledge of printing processes and production workflows.
