Experienced Hire Recruiter (Assurance) – MENA

About the role

EY is seeking an Experienced Hire Recruiter to join its MENA Experienced Hire Recruitment team. You will manage recruitment delivery for the Assurance service line across multiple countries, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience during high‑volume hiring periods.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for defined business units, delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
• Act as a strategic talent advisor, providing market insights, compensation benchmarks and candidate expectations.
• Develop recruitment plans, innovative sourcing strategies and maintain strong pipelines of specialist talent.
• Engage stakeholders to align hiring with EY’s diversity and inclusion goals.
• Evaluate sourcing channels using data and analytics to refine recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and talent networks.
• Support referral campaigns, talent pooling and nationalization initiatives.
• Utilise AI‑enabled tools to organise recruitment data and streamline high‑volume coordination.

Required profile

• Approximately 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in professional services.
• Proven end‑to‑end recruitment expertise up to Director level, using internal systems, networks, headhunting and referrals.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Strategic mindset with ability to leverage data, market insights and analytics.
• Experience mentoring junior recruiters and driving continuous improvement.
• Experience with high‑volume recruitment across multiple MENA markets and familiarity with nationalization initiatives.
