Export Sales and Logistics Officer

About the role

The Export Sales and Logistics Officer will be based in Amman, Jordan, handling the full cycle of international sales orders for Decoration One’s home‑decor collections. You will act as the main liaison between global customers, freight forwarders and internal teams to ensure smooth export operations and timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage international sales orders from quotation to invoicing and shipment.
• Prepare and verify export documentation, customs paperwork and compliance records.
• Coordinate shipping arrangements with freight forwarders, monitor stock availability and track shipments until delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of export transactions and update ERP/inventory systems.
• Provide regular status reports to internal stakeholders and resolve logistics issues.
• Support the implementation of sales strategies in target markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in export sales, international trade or logistics, preferably in home décor or consumer products.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities in English; Arabic and other languages are a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Amman and manage multiple priorities while maintaining high service standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
