Facade Engineer / Senior Facade Engineer

About the role

WSP Middle East is seeking a Facade Engineer / Senior Facade Engineer to join its Amman office. Based in Jordan, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the region, supporting the design and delivery of complex building envelope solutions for high‑profile projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and detail façade systems and building envelope designs for a diverse portfolio of projects.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and specialist consultants to ensure integrated solutions.
• Perform performance analysis and material selection to meet project specifications and sustainability goals.
• Support project delivery from concept through construction, ensuring compliance with local codes and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in façade engineering and building envelope systems.
• Strong technical understanding of façade materials, systems, detailing, and performance requirements.
• Proven track record delivering complex building projects.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary design teams.
• Experience on projects in the UAE and/or Saudi Arabia is preferred; consultancy background is advantageous.
