Facilities Management Manager

Dar, a global multidisciplinary consulting firm, seeks a Facilities Management Manager to provide strategic leadership for FM consultancy across projects and regions. The role shapes the firm’s FM vision, frameworks, and standards, aligning them with international best practices, digital transformation goals, and long‑term client value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Define FM consultancy strategy, frameworks, and governance mechanisms for consistent delivery.
• Lead high‑value FM advisory commissions, including audits, benchmarking, transformation, and digital enablement programs.
• Develop corporate FM standards, playbooks, and performance measurement systems aligned with ISO 41001 and ISO 55001.
• Oversee regional ISO 41001 implementation and internal audit alignment.
• Set and monitor KPIs for staff utilization, revenue targets, and project profitability, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Integrate FM advisory with lifecycle costing, asset management, and sustainability strategies.
• Represent the firm in client presentations, tenders, and industry events as a thought leader.
• Drive innovation by embedding smart technologies, data analytics, and ESG considerations into FM practices.
• Lead cross‑office coordination, knowledge management, and staff development initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree preferred in Facilities Management, Engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive FM leadership experience with a proven portfolio of oversight.
• Demonstrated expertise in FM frameworks, lifecycle costing, procurement strategy, and digital transformation.
