F&B Coordinator

About the role

Al Maysarah Holding is looking for a highly organized and proactive F&B Coordinator to support the daily operations of its expanding food and beverage portfolio in Amman.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities across all F&B outlets and follow up on operational requirements.
• Support management in implementing operational plans, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and operational documentation.
• Track assigned tasks, deadlines, and action plans with relevant departments.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, Procurement, Marketing, and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, licenses, and departmental documents.
• Monitor outlet requirements and promptly escalate delays or operational issues.
• Assist with inventory, purchasing, and cost‑control coordination as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in restaurants or the F&B sector.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and follow‑up abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Flexibility to visit restaurant locations when required.
