About the role
Join the Beach Club team as a Guest Service Expert, delivering memorable food and beverage experiences for guests. You will be responsible for setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining clean work areas.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and arrange dining areas, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks promptly.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness of service stations and dining areas throughout the shift.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food and beverage experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance).
- Commitment to safety, uniform standards, and professional communication.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
- Ability to read menus and verify information visually.
