F&B Service Expert - Private Dining

About the role

Join the luxury hospitality team at The St. Regis Amman as an F&B Service Expert for Private Dining. You will create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive, high‑quality service to guests in an upscale environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables for private dining events, ensuring presentation meets brand standards.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timing of service.
• Interact with guests, answer menu questions, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, service stations, and dining spaces.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and uphold uniform and appearance standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead or below the knees.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
