Field Service Engineer / Technician

About the role

You will deliver skilled on‑site service to keep customers’ equipment operating reliably and safely. Working within the Customer Center Service team and reporting to the Operations Manager, you will repair, maintain and support a variety of technical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct planned and ad‑hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot and repair technical equipment.
• Diagnose issues proactively to minimise equipment downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance and document all activities.
• Act as the on‑site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.
• Travel throughout the assigned area to support customers directly on site.

Required profile

• Experience in field service or technical support roles.
• Ability to work independently and travel regularly within the region.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on safety.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
