Financial Collector – Northern Region (Jordan)

About the role

Tebcan is seeking a dedicated Financial Collector to manage payment collections from healthcare providers across the northern region of Jordan. The role focuses on ensuring timely receipt of invoices, maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting monthly collection targets.

Key responsibilities

• Collect payments from healthcare providers in northern Jordan cities such as Irbid, Jerash, Ajloun, Mafraq, and Ramtha.
• Follow up regularly on overdue payments and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Maintain professional and positive communication with clients.
• Achieve monthly collection targets set by management.
• Update payment information and report collection progress to management.
• Coordinate with the finance team regarding client accounts.
• Handle invoice follow‑up both inside and outside Amman.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in financial collection.
• Resident of Irbid or another northern Jordanian city.
• Own a car and hold a valid driving license.

Required skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Effective negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial documents and invoices.
