About the role
The Financial Control Specialist will support business growth by managing liquidity, tracking fund inflows, and providing financial analysis and budgeting to aid decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Compile, consolidate and analyse financial data, preparing journal entries, trial balances and financial statements.
- Perform bookkeeping, accounts payable posting, bank and asset reconciliations, and cost‑of‑fund/return‑of‑fund reporting.
- Validate incentive calculations and contribute to process‑automation initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1–5 years of professional accounting experience.
Required skills
- Accounting and bookkeeping techniques.
- Journal entry preparation, ledger monitoring and reconciliation.
- Cost accounting (COF/ROF) and financial reporting.
