Financial Due Diligence Executive 1, Amman

About the role

EY is hiring a Financial Due Diligence Executive for its Transaction Diligence team in Amman. You will work alongside experienced due diligence professionals, gain skills across sectors and have opportunities for travel within the MENA region. As you progress, you will handle complex transactions, lead teams and build client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in due diligence for private equity and corporate buyers, analysing the financial and operational results of target companies.
• Collaborate with your team, ensure quality, share responsibilities and keep senior members updated on progress.
• Assist in researching technical accounting issues to evaluate their implications on transaction valuation and structuring.
• Prepare analyses of financial information to assess trends and fluctuations.
• Help prepare reports and schedules delivered to clients and maintain productive working relationships with them.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance and/or a related major.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably with previous due diligence exposure.
• Able to analyse financial and non-financial information to formulate views and conclusions.
