Financial Planning Manager (FP&A) – Amman, Jordan

About the role

BRKZ, a fast‑growing construction‑tech startup in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a Financial Planning Manager to join its team in Amman, Jordan. The role will support senior leadership by driving financial planning, forecasting and analysis to guide strategic decisions and improve unit economics.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for performance projection and lead the annual budgeting process.
• Perform variance analysis, scenario modelling and provide insights to senior management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and design dashboards tracking KPIs such as GMV, contribution margin, CAC, LTV and credit performance.
• Partner with department heads, credit and risk teams to analyze loan performance and deliver actionable insights.
• Identify and implement improvements to FP&A processes, leveraging financial systems and data tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or related roles.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into clear business insights.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working cross‑functionally.

• Proficiency with financial reporting systems.
