About the role

As a Food & Beverage Hostess/Waitress at Hilton, you will create memorable experiences for guests by delivering friendly service, handling queries, and ensuring smooth operation of the dining area.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
• Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in compliance with licensing and liquor regulations.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and all product offerings.
• Keep mise‑en‑place well stocked at all floor stations.
• Follow correct reporting procedures when issues arise.
• Ensure food and beverage orders meet consistent quality standards and are delivered promptly.
• Adhere to Hilton grooming standards, including uniform, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
