Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager will lead all food and beverage operations at The Westin Saraya Aqaba Resort & Spa, overseeing culinary, restaurant, beverage and room‑service areas. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial targets and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and control budgets for all food and beverage outlets, ensuring cost‑management targets are met.
• Lead and supervise the Food & Beverage team, handling day‑to‑day operations and stepping in for staff as needed.
• Maintain high standards of guest service, responding promptly to guest concerns and upholding the brand’s service culture.
• Oversee culinary, restaurant, beverage and room‑service operations, driving continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Implement business plans, financial strategies and employee engagement initiatives for the department.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, etc., with at least 2 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs and achieve financial goals.
