Food & Beverage Sales Executive

About the role

The Food & Beverage Sales Executive will drive revenue for our dining venues by creating and executing sales strategies that attract both individual guests and group bookings. You will work closely with the culinary team and external partners to showcase our seasonal menus and unique dining experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for food and beverage offerings, targeting individual guests and group bookings.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners and local businesses to generate dining reservations.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to promote seasonal menus, special promotions and unique dining experiences.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and presentations to track performance against targets and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry, preferably food and beverage.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities with a track record of influencing decision‑makers.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences in the food and beverage sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration or a related field is preferred.
