About the role
Join a leading luxury hotel brand as a Food & Beverage Service Expert, delivering memorable dining experiences for guests in Amman. You will be the front‑line ambassador, ensuring every meal service runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, maintain clean work areas, and replenish supplies.
- Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen team.
- Greet, interact with, and serve guests throughout their dining experience.
- Handle menu verification, assist guests with menu questions, and process transactions.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and navigate varied surfaces.
