Food Runner

About the role

The Food Runner supports the food and beverage team by ensuring smooth service flow and a memorable guest experience. Working on the restaurant floor, you will assist with table setup, kitchen support, and maintaining clean work areas.

Key responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, replenish supplies, and keep service stations organized.
• Assist kitchen staff with food delivery, plating, and restocking.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and adhere to safety standards.
• Handle menu items, verify orders, and communicate guest needs to the team.
• Lift, carry, and move items up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and reaching.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior experience required; food‑and‑beverage experience is a plus.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.

Required skills

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift and carry moderate weights safely.
• Basic understanding of food service operations and menu handling.
