Franchise Operation Advisor

About the role

The Franchise Operation Advisor supports Orange Jordan’s franchise network by managing financial calculations, lease contracts, and daily operational reporting. You will act as the operational bridge between franchise partners and internal teams, ensuring accurate commission processing and smooth shop operations.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate monthly fixed commissions, rental payments, and utility deductions for franchise partners.
• Assist in designing variable commission schemes and customized packages.
• Process monthly invoices for rent, water, and electricity, applying deductions to commissions.
• Coordinate lease and sub‑lease contract execution with Legal, Logistics, and franchise partners.
• Manage contract renewals, document archiving, commercial registration updates, and work‑permit maintenance.
• Maintain and verify working hours across regions in line with regional managers.
• Lead onboarding and qualification verification for new franchise staff.
• Extract, analyse, and distribute daily FTTH/Fiber activity reports to monitor shop performance.
• Track FTTH registration requests and ensure compliance with sales and technical SLAs.
• Resolve pending sales, technical, and provisioning requests across internal teams.
• Register, monitor, and resolve IT service requests and major technical incidents affecting shops.
• Manage security exceptions and access permissions in coordination with the security team.
• Oversee field technical enhancements, site maintenance, and equipment upgrades.
• Support logistics for new shop openings, relocations, and renovations.
• Communicate operational updates such as power outages, store‑hour changes, and holiday schedules to stakeholders.
• Align sales target allocations with regional and channel objectives.
• Produce performance analysis reports and develop action plans to close gaps.
• Validate sales genuineness through contract reviews, customer calls, and system reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience in franchise operations, finance, or related fields.
