About the role
Extensya is seeking motivated, French‑speaking graduates to join its customer service team in Jordan. You will work in a dynamic, professional environment, handling client interactions across multiple channels while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions to meet client expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow established procedures.
- Uphold professionalism and service quality standards at all times.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- Fluency in French (mandatory) and good command of English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
- Currently residing in Jordan.
