About the role
The Front Desk Agent at The Ritz‑Carlton Amman is a Guest Experience Expert who creates memorable, personalized stays for luxury guests. You will be the first point of contact, guiding visitors through check‑in, check‑out and all interactions in between.
Key responsibilities
- Perform smooth check‑in and check‑out procedures while maintaining accuracy.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, providing local area information and personalized service.
- Process operational needs, complete reports, and uphold the hotel’s Gold Standards.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, protecting assets and preserving confidentiality.
- Stay on your feet for extended periods and handle objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit and lift objects up to 10 lb.
- Commitment to professional appearance, communication and adherence to policies.
