About the role
The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests, delivering memorable and personalized service throughout their stay. You will work in a dynamic hotel environment, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out processes while upholding the brand’s Gold Standards.
Key responsibilities
- Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism.
- Prepare and complete daily operational reports.
- Provide local area information and recommendations.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized front‑desk area.
- Adhere to company policies, confidentiality standards, and asset protection procedures.
- Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work full‑time, on‑site, and maintain a professional appearance.
