Full Stack Engineer

About the role

CFI Financial Group is seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain web applications that support its online trading platform. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high‑quality features.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain front‑end and back‑end components using Angular and Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Build responsive, cross‑browser user interfaces and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and database schemas.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, optimize performance, scalability, and security.
• Implement unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests; collaborate with QA to resolve bugs.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Full‑Stack Developer working with both front‑end and back‑end technologies.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Angular (modern front‑end framework)
• Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI)
• RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, SOA
• SQL and NoSQL databases
• Docker (containerization) and basic Kubernetes knowledge
• Message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka (a plus)
• Git, CI/CD pipelines
• Testing frameworks and web security best practices
