Full-Time Event Manager – Product Demonstration

About the role

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking a full‑time Event Manager to lead the recruitment, hiring and supervision of in‑store product demonstrators. You will ensure product preparation, presentation and customer service meet the highest standards while coordinating with warehouse managers, vendors and store teams.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part‑time product demonstrators.
• Oversee product preparation, presentation, and compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Train demonstrators on demonstration techniques and excellent customer service.
• Serve as the communication hub between warehouse managers, vendors and in‑store staff.
• Participate in grand openings and new location launches as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2‑4 years of experience in retail, hospitality or food‑service environments.
• Detail‑oriented with strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to build and lead high‑performing teams.
• Independent judgment and flexibility in a fast‑paced setting.
