Functional Odoo Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a business‑oriented Functional Odoo Consultant to join our Amman team. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into effective Odoo solutions and ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse client requirements and design Odoo‑based solutions.
• Assess existing business processes and recommend best‑practice improvements.
• Configure, customise and test Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, Purchasing and HR.
• Prepare functional specifications and detailed process documentation.
• Lead workshops, requirement‑gathering sessions and solution demonstrations.
• Coordinate with technical teams for customisations and integrations.
• Conduct system testing, user‑acceptance testing and quality‑assurance activities.
• Deliver end‑user training and provide post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience implementing or supporting Odoo ERP solutions.
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Required skills

• Odoo ERP implementation and configuration.
• Odoo module customisation (Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, Purchasing, HR).
• Basic knowledge of Odoo technical architecture.
• Business process mapping.
